Great slopes and relaxing onsen the ski slopes were fantastic and the onsen was really relaxing. the unfiltered, non-cycle water directly from underground in the onsen was great. the location was key and very easy to access both slopes and rental gear. Plus, the buffet dinner was tasty and had good value.
Old facilities and lack of shower options Unfortunately, the facilities were quite old and not well-maintained, with some parts being dirty and mouldy. the shower in the outdoor onsen was not enough for the number of guests, and it was tough to stand under the freezing water before getting into the onsen.

Located right on the ski slopes, this hotel offers easy access to the restaurant, which is just a short walk away. the breakfast buffet is rich and includes Western dishes. the staff is helpful and speaks good English. the onsen facilities are fantastic and perfect for relaxation after a day of skiing.
The bathroom could benefit from renovation as it had built up scum and mould on the roof.

The ski-in/ski-out access was amazing, making it easy to hit the slopes right away. The onsen facilities were also a great way to relax after a long day of skiing. The shuttle bus service was prompt and helpful in getting us to and from the airport.
The rooms were quite outdated and could use some refreshing. The food options, while plentiful, became repetitive after a few days.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is right on the ski slopes, so it was very convenient. The breakfast had a variety of Western and Japanese options, and the indoor and outdoor onsen facilities were fantastic.
